Who We Are
hOw we started
Jopadhola Wiloka International, Inc. (JWII) was an idea conceived by a group of Jopadhola living in North America. The first meeting took place on October 30, 2004 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This meeting was organized to meet and get to know one another and to brainstorm/gather ideas on how we can help Padhola and other communities. In attendance were: Yoga Adhola, Annuciata Akongo, Deborah Christie, the late Amos Ochieng, Gracie Ochieng, Lydia Odaga, George Odongo, Richard Ofwono, Andrew Okoth, Sarah Okoth-Henry, Paul Okumu, Peter Osinde, and Winifred Wafwoyo.
